President of Efficience, met with students and faculty Friday to explain how her computer programming and media design company develops projects with teams in Knoxville and a companion office in India. Ms. Cox took everyone on a virtual tour to India through the years of that team's growth and into the homes and lives of the employees working in India. It was both a business and a cultural awakening that her presentation enabled us to understand through shared moments in a rocky but very rewarding process. Efficience is growing at over 30% per year and now includes CocaCola and Clayton Homes among it's clients.
